I’m a certified yoga instructor specializing in mindful movement and embodied creative transitions within Vinyasa yoga. My classes go beyond the physical postures; they're a dance between breath, movement, and yoga philosophy, designed to help you connect with your true essence.

I hold a 200-hour certification in yoga, complemented by 50 hours each in Yin, restorative yoga, and pranayama and breathwork. While these certifications have added incredible wisdom and growth to my journey, the most valuable and profound lessons have come from my personal practice, interactions with my students, and the teachings of other inspiring teachers I've had the privilege of practicing with. In my view, true mastery of yoga is a continuous exploration of the mind, body, and soul, forged through interconnectedness with the community.
